Sheriff Candidates' Positions

Questions to the Candidates

On Friday July 16, we sent an email to each of the five candidates for Sheriff. You can see the email here. The email contained three questions on topics on which we wanted to know each candidate's position. It also contained the opportunity to ask, and answer, a fourth question on a topic the candidate felt was important.

We received responses from all five candidates. Below are the four prompts. Follow the links to the candidate's answers. Note that we have put answers in alphabetical order. This order is not a prioritization or endorsement of the candidate's answers.

We hope this forum is helpful in deciding for whom to vote.

Question 1
